“This was my second purchase of the ionizers. We now have 10 cleaning the air in our home.
My only concern is there were no instructions on how to periodically clean the units. I texted support yesterday requesting instructions.”

“I received them (3) in a timely manner in good condition. However, it does not mention in the ad that it works best when plugged into an outlet that is 5 feet off the ground, and should not have anything blocking it. Unfortunately, in my apartment, most unused outlets (where I was planning on putting them) are closer to the floor. Had I known that, I would not have bought so many. Or, I would have tried to rearrange things before I ordered them. This would have saved me the time/cost of returning them (which I now have to do).”
