“I have only installed the clarifion plug-in less than a week ago. My primary concern was my bedroom. I have already noticed that I wake up less often in the night and my Apple Watch sleep app indicates that I spend more time in deep sleep already. My only complaint is that the light from the plug-in is too bright. It nullifies my blackout curtains.”
