Thank you for sharing the photo. The older unit shown is the Clarifion ODRx, which uses UV C light technology to help reduce odor causing particles in the air. The newer unit you received is the Clarifion Plug in Air Ionizer, which uses negative ion technology to help reduce airborne particles like dust pollen and dander by causing them to settle out of the air. “i have only been using them for a week. it does not stop all the dust but a good part of it. i just plug them in and let them do their thing. it will take a couple weeks or more to see how they are doing.”
