“Of the three removed to use, one did not work. The blue light does not come on when plugged in. Disappointed. Have not tried the remaining three. With blue light not activating does that indicate that item is not good. Please advise.”
“At this rate, I would not recommend this product. I only received 5 little packets. I called customer service because the rest of the order was missing, even though according to UPS I had received the shipment. They were going to find out and investigate and return a call to me. I haven't heard a thing!! UPS or someone screwed up, I can't send anything back for a refund unless I have the product. Which I do not. This was days ago. I can't get my shipment but my credit card has been charged and I certainly got the emails for reviews pretty stinkin fast!!”
