“Although I am very pleased with my units, I take issue with the billing for my ORDER. I have spent several text mg, phone calls and chat attempts to resolve a billing issue. It is now resolved because my time is valuable and I would rather pay extra and be forewarned for the future than continue to dispute the charges. Your website lists incorrect hours and an incorrect phone number for your help desk. It is truly a shame that a product that appears to work well is matched with a sad billing and resolution process.”
