“It would be better if the plug was either at the top or at the bottom of the backside so it's easier to plug it into a wall outlet. The way it is now takes up the entire wall outlet (covers up both plugin spots).”
“It's working fine but your service is lacking. I'm still waiting for my replacement bulbs. They were not delivered with the units,but you charged me for them.”
