“I purchased six units and they began working on the odors and the pet dander immediately. I had been away from home for two months and my husband was in charge of the cats and the litter control and cat hair. Needless to say nothing got done while I was away. I tried the Clarifion ODR units and they began doing the job overnight.
Only complaint I have is the weight of the units. They are too heavy for my outlets and do not stay securely plugged in…”

“I ordered 6 units. I plugged in 5 of them initially and they worked fine. I went to plue the last unit in tonight and it does not work. I have tried plugging it into different outlets that work with the other units. Please, replace this defective unit.”

“Ordered six, plugged in four. Three are working fine and seem to be helping with the cat odors, although it took a few days to really make a difference. One of the four is defective maybe; makes a loud buzzing sort of noise after a short time of being plugged in. When I plug it back in, it is fine for a few minutes but then starts the noise again. I have left it unplugged; will use one of the two in reserve to handle that one hallway.”
