“This class was great fun. Nazareth was a great teacher, guiding us through all the different steps. We made three different dishes and learned how injera is fermented and cooked, it was really interesting. At the end of the class we all sat down together and ate what we had made, accompanied by Ethiopian coffee and tea. Delicious! I can't wait to try out my new skills at home.”
“So impressed with the class and how informative each aspect was. Nazareth was ever so kind and helpful, helped us veganise the already veggie dishes which was great! She also made us spiced tea and coffee which was so good and amazing to try for the first time. The restaurant is a good vibe and would definitely come to have food there.”
“Great way to experience Ethiopian cuisine by learning how to cook it! The dishes were simple to cook and turned out to be delicious. We enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it!”
“A fantastic class run by a fantastic teacher. The restaurant is beautiful and we were welcomed with a delicious cup of Ethiopian coffee.
The class was informative and fun -I loved learning about the different elements that make up the cooking. I highly recommend this class to everyone and I can’t wait to come back to eat at the restaurant!”
“The class was very good. The teacher explained everything and she was very happy to go into more detail about each dish when asked. The venue was unique - one of the arches in Shepherd’s bush market - and we had it all to ourselves. It was lovely to sit down and eat together at the end as well. Overall, a great experience!”
