It was a really delightful Ethiopian cooking class! It was a cozy, private setting, our teacher Nazereth was patient and good at keeping track of everyone's dishes to ensure they were being cooked properly. We made 3 wots (stews) and injera which is an Ethiopian fermented flat bread. Afterwards, the group of us sat together to converse and indulge in the food that we made. Overall, it was a lovely, meaningful experience that I enjoyed :)

We participated in an Ethiopian cooking class. The teacher was so helpful and gave individual help where needed. Really loved how there was a meat and vegetarian option to suit needs. The class was also intimate which was good as you could see what everyone else was making. We also made quite a lot of food so it was filling enough for two people. The class was so fun!

The class was led by Nazareth, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She walked us through all the ingredients, and processes that go into making a delicious Maheberawi platter. We made injera, misir, shiro wat, beef stew, and yatakilt, with her expert guidance, and then got to enjoy our dish in the lovely dining space at Delina. We feel confident about making these dishes at home now, thanks to this lovely and rather affordable cooking lesson. Thank you!
