This is a fun activity in Shepherd’s Bush. , London

On the hunt for exciting new things to do in London? Join seasoned chef Nazareth and learn how to cook a fantastic feast of Ethiopian cuisine at this cooking class in Shepherd's Bush market.

Your culinary experience will begin with demonstrations from your teacher, who will showcase simple cooking techniques along with the ingredients you can expect to use in the class before handing it over to you!

You'll prepare fresh and healthy dishes, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free meals using key ingredients essential to Ethiopian cooking, such as organic spices, fresh herbs, legumes and multi-grains. Nazareth will also show you how to make injera, a fermented flatbread, using teff flour. Traditional Ethiopian coffee and tea can be bought and enjoyed whilst you cook or with your meal!

This hands-on cooking class is perfect for students of all ability levels and a great chance to master basic recipes in a fun and inviting atmosphere!

Whether you're cooking with colleagues or searching for London activities to try with friends, you'll end this experience with some new skills and a delicious feast to enjoy in the kitchen or take home and share.

You are welcome to come solo but keep in mind you will be paired up with someone from the class.

Please note: If you are joining us for a Sunday class, please enter the location via Goldhawk Road as the market is closed on Sundays.

Terrible customer service. We had an emergency situation where my husband had to leave the country the week of this class. I had sent numerous emails to the teacher and never heard back and the number provided was a fake number so never went through. Essentially she ignored me until the DAY of the cooking class in which she asks if I am coming and then hung up on me immediately. Disgusting behaviour, can’t imagine she would have been any kinder in the lesson. Complete waste of my money. Will never be booking here again. Save your money and go with a place that has more empathy and actual customer service.

Really great class and experience, and we loved the food! It would've been good to get the recipes at the end to make it easier to recreate at home

This was an excellent gift experience. We were put at ease and given clear and simple instructions in a relaxed environment. After the cooking we sat and enjoyed our food. A fascinating introduction to Ethiopian cooking which we will not forget. I regret not coming away with a written list of those ingredients ! We may be back to eat in the restaurant.
