Nazareth was brilliant and the class was great. We all got to make our own injeras and three toppings and then ate these afterwards. The venue is very atmospheric too. Highly recommend!

I liked it :) We started with a bunch of pre-made spices and ingredients and then proceeded to make injera (a type of bread) ourselves from a starter. Our teacher then guided us through the cooking process of three separate dishes (a spicy chicken, a garlic-ginger-turmeric veggie stir fry and a chickpea soup-alike). After, we sat down with the participants and ate with our hands, as it has to be done :) Our teacher guided us through the process well and the food packed flavour. If you're looking for Ethiopic taste, have a look.

I’m sorry to say that I was unable to attend the cooking class, but I gave it five stars because I was impressed that the instructor called me to find out if I was coming. I am embarrassed to say that I did not call to let her know in advance as I did not think I would be missed. I simply wasn’t feeling up to going, and when I told her so she sounded genuinely sorry that I wouldn’t be there despite the fact that she would be paid either way. I apologize to any fellow class members if I caused a delay in the class, and my heartfelt thanks to the instructor for checking on me. I hope to go another day.
