“Nazareth was so welcoming, informative and accommodating! We learned so much about Ethiopian food and flavours. We made two vegetable dishes and one chicken dish (the others made lentils) and the lovely flatbread. It was all delicious! She gets everything ready for you beforehand, so you only do the cooking versus the chopping, which was actually nice because you can focus on learning and eating! Highly recommend!”
“Great class with a teacher (Nazareth) who demonstrated her wonderful knowledge of Ethiopian cuisine. The venue was like an oasis as we did the lesson. The group was small so it allowed my boyfriend and I to get individual attention. It has given me enough knowledge to go home and start cooking Ethiopian food.”

We made three different dishes and learned how injera is fermented and cooked, it was really interesting. At the end of the class we all sat down together and ate what we had made, accompanied by Ethiopian coffee and tea. Delicious! I can't wait to try out my new skills at home.”
