“Tutor Will was excellent! Expert, fun and organised. He really should have his own TV cookery show. He guided everyone in the class to successfully produce 3 types of dim sum that we were then able to happily eat for lunch. Great experience and world recommend”
“Great fun, learnt lots and now feel equipped to make our own Dim Sum. Location not quite as I thought as I was expecting a professional kitchen setting (master chef) alas it’s more like a primary school setting. Teacher was excellent and friendly.”
