Loved this class. Like that there is a small number of people. The teacher was great, explaining everything clearly with plenty of detail. She created a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged questions. Learned a lot of new skills and picked up some tips that I can use for other recipes.

I recently attended a French patisserie class with Valeria, using a gift voucher I received — and it was an absolute delight! We learned how to make choux pastry, crème pâtissière, and shortcrust pastry from scratch. Valeria was a wonderful teacher: patient, knowledgeable, and full of helpful tips to perfect each technique. The class was hands-on, fun, and left me feeling confident to try these recipes at home. A truly memorable experience — highly recommend!

Valeria, was a lovely teacher. The course was very professionally run, everything was prepared beforehand so that participants could focus entirely on their cooking technique. I will be looking at Valeria's other courses to attend again. I thoroughly recommend attending one of Valria's classes.
