My daughter and I spent a very fun afternoon at Valeria’s house making shortcrust and choux pastries to create very delicious profiteroles and a fruit tart each. Valeria was really friendly and had lots of advice for baking and we really enjoyed spending the afternoon together to make such tasty treats. I would highly recommend this patisserie course

I had an absolutely brilliant time and can't wait to eat all the goodies we made. Teacher was lovely, very knowledgeable, and gave great tips on possible substitutions/flavours we could use at home .

This class was fantastic, a 10/10 experience. Valeria was incredible: patient, attentive, and never made us feel rushed. She offered help whenever we needed it while still giving us the freedom to work independently. The desserts turned out amazing, and we had plenty to take home. I can’t wait to return for one of her other classes!
