“I thoroughly enjoyed my first Watercolour Art Class. As someone with no previous experience in art or watercolours, I found the class very accessible and easy to follow. I came away with significantly improved knowledge about watercolours and their techniques. Ichbel was an excellent teacher - engaging, kind, and informative. I would highly recommend this class to any beginners interested in exploring watercolour painting.”
“The class was a decent class, not many people so a lot of focus could be given to each of us. Teacher was super friendly, very passionate about her work and what she does which showed in how she taught the class. As it was an introductory class, the skills learnt fitted the purpose, learning 3 techniques. I would have like the class to be longer as I was really enjoying it, but I have learnt enough to start with at home.”
“I really enjoyed my introduction to water colour painting with Louisa Tebbutt on Saturday. She was great (as well as an amazing artist, showed us her work/studio which is fascinating) - I hadn't picked up a paint brush since school days 40 years ago and was a bit apprehensive - but she was really fun, encouraging and positive the whole way throughout, and guiding us through some simple explanations before letting us loose on our own creations. It was all very inspiring and a lovely room/vibe at the Wimbledon Art Studios. I'm about to go to Kenya where I'm organising/hosting a painting safari with a wonderful water colour artist so it's given me the confidence to have stab it all myself in down time - it's the first time I'll have so long (7 nights) in one camp in stunning scenery so I'm excited to see if I can improve my skills now from the deck of my tent in Samburu!
I think I'll be looking up more classes at Wimbledon Art Studios, and thanks to for Class Bento for making it so easy to find/book.”
