Carol was a fabulous tutor, I couldn’t get even the simplest crochet stitches at first & she was supportive, patient & used a different approach to teach. Very welcoming & a fabulous introduction to crochet.

Excellent class, very enjoyable session Caroll was very informative and patient taking time with each of us making sure we understood each step, and for those who didn’t understand she helped us on a one to one basis Came away from class with a cloth bag 2 large balls of wool, crotchet hook and instructions so now know the basics steps to beginners crotchet. Looking forward to having a go at home! Will definitely look to booking classes again at Hobby craft and would definitely recommend to anyone interested.

Beginner's crochet lesson at Norwich Hobbycraft with Carroll. Thoroughly enjoyable and done at an easy pace for each person. Felt I came away having learnt the basics and am confident to go home and continue practicing. Thank you so much Carroll, brilliant teacher.

Jackie, our teacher, was amazing. She guided us through beginning a piece and moved on to double crochet and treble crochet stitches. She then showed us how to do granny squares. She was able to help show me where I had made a mistake and how to rectify it. She was also able to show me how charts work in patterns. Jackie encouraged us and allowed us to move at a comfortable pace. My only disappointment is to find out that Hobbycraft have no intermediate or advanced crochet workshops as I would love to further my ability....and would love to have Jackie tutor us again.
