“Really enjoyed the session. The tutor, Alex was very good at explaining and demonstrating techniques. There was no limit on the amount of clay we could use if our throwing didn’t go according to plan. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone. A reminder to wear appropriate clothing as I came away with a lot of clay on my jeans despite the long apron.”

“What an amazingly fun activity even solo. A relaxed, non rushed, informative, friendly and knowledgable teacher led the morning, he gave us a walk through of the processes and how to use the equipment, where to begin and a step by step guide of throwing a pot, he gave little handy tips and tricks and then was with us every step of the way to guide and/or laugh along with the mistakes.
Sometimes events like this can feel a little bit awkward, but It genuinely felt like the instructor wanted us to all really enjoy our day, and honestly, he succeeded! 11/10 cant recommend enough, will definitely book more with New Dawn Pottery!”
