Perfect for complete beginners, this relaxed 2-hour BYOB wheel throwing class is a chance to unwind, get messy and create your own functional ceramics in our warm and welcoming studio. Guided step-by-step by our expert teachers, you’ll learn the foundations of wheel throwing before creating your own cup, bowl or ceramic vessel. Even complete beginners are often surprised by what they create in just one session.

We provide everything you need including unlimited clay, tools and aprons — just dress comfortably and trim your nails beforehand for the best experience.

At the end of the session, select your favourite pieces to be professionally glazed and kiln-fired in your choice of our signature Cobalt Blue or Clear stoneware glaze for £10 per piece. Finished ceramics are food-safe, microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe, and are usually ready for collection within 4–5 weeks.

Perfect for date nights, birthdays, friends or solo creatives looking to try something new in London.

Our studio is fully equipped with air conditioning — ideal for escaping the heatwave.

“The instructor was very helpful, she set a great expectation for how the class was going to go. She was funny, and informative and gave a great demonstration of what we needed to do to make our clay pieces. I like that within the allotted time you can make as many pieces as you want, I purchased three of my masterpieces and would highly recommend going to this class if you’re a beginner and want a bit of fun on the pottery wheel. There’s no pressure, you can make whatever shapes you want and she took the time to make sure everyone was doing okay, and it was overall a great time. It was in a great location too, so many pubs and restaurants surrounding the studio so you can make a great day/evening of it! 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!”
