I did the pottery with my friend on the 5th April 2026 11:00am, to celebrate her birthday. We were around 20 or more people and there was only two instructors. They explained everything very quickly and whenever asked questions they were giving attitude and telling people off because they would wash their hands to drink some water or answer their phone. Not sure who is here to blame either facilitators or managers who left two staff members for a big group.
