“I was disappointed at the quality of the paint and materials provided, especially considering the cost of the activity. However, not only this, but since leaving I have yet to get in contact with the shop regarding receiving my paintings that we did on the day. We were not told how long it would take to ship, however it’s been two weeks since we left and I’ve had nothing. I’ve tried calling, texting, emailing and messaging through instagram just to try and get some clarity. However not a single attempt has been met with a response and I’m honestly furious at the poor level of service provided. The fact that I have paid over £70 for two people, and then additional funds for postage and I have not even got anything to show for it. Not even contact from the shop to update me. I would understand if I was told there would be delay in getting this to me, but it’s the fact that they can’t even be bothered to respond to their customers that I find completely unacceptable. Again, for the cost you pay to do this, the materials are not even decent but would be fine if everything else made up for it, which it hasnt. I am not happy at all and honestly would want my money back seeing as I still have nothing to show for what I’ve paid for. At least some type of contact about what is happening would be nice.”
