“A really lovely relaxed workshop, in a really beautiful cosy space. Catherine went through all the types of flowers and foliage, some of them she had dried herself. Then showed me how to put them all together. She’s was really knowledgeable and helpful and I came away with a lovely bouquet. She even offered me tea and cake.”
