“Honestly the class was very disappointing. The materials were very poor quality, most from flying tiger or poster paint for children. We were not provided polymer clay vases but pre-made glass that we had to paint, the instructor was nice but provided no instruction as to techniques with polymer clay - except to wet our hands in a bathroom that was down the corridor so we had to use dirty paint water. She was on her phone 70% of the time and seemed to be lacking in knowledge. We were told to attach the small polymer clay accessories with tape, which did not work and the clay fell off, it did not stick. She said we had to wait for it to dry despite at the beginning saying that it would stick immediately. Most importantly, the pictures advertising the workshop were not at all the same materials used in the workshop. It felt like we were the trial class as she said they were testing things out, I don’t mind doing a trial but not at full price £50!! We would like a refund for at least a portion of it as it was incredibly misleading, underwhelming and really disappointing.”
“Christina was really lovely and very accommodating, so I want to begin by saying I believe her other classes would be much better. However this class was not very practical. The tools/ materials for the crafts were not suitable, as the clay didn’t even stick to the objects..? I would definitely not consider this class value for money, as we feel we could’ve set this up at home - very amateur.”
