“Simon and Hanna teach an incredibly fun and educational Beginners’ Sushi Making class. This class is a special gem and I’m recommending it to everyone.
Before I took the class, I had prepared myself for disappointment. The class was gifted to me and I’m an OK home cook. To my surprise, the class takes place in a one-of-a-kind shop that makes its own ingredients. (I couldn’t leave without buying homemade pickled ginger, pickled daikon, and chilli oil.)
Simon and Hanna taught me how to make my own delicious salmon and avocado roll and tempura prawn roll. I plan to use the technique at home so that I can make sushi for my family.
