“The class was brilliant and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We learnt about the history of sushi and Japanese cooking and the main ingredients required. We then got hands on practical experience making sushi whilst being expertly guided by Simon and his wife. The food we made was delicious and there was plenty to take home as well. I cannot recommend this class enough, it was brilliant.”

We were carefully shown how to make the rolls, and then had a go ourselves. What I couldn't eat on the spot I was able to take home with me. Recommended.”
