“Love Rhiannon's class! I booked as a group class for our team event and it was great fun chatting to the team through the week about how they were getting on with starters! Great engaging session, fantastic pre-prep with all recipes, notes, links to videos and reminders to make the sourdough starter and pre starter! Really well organised. My bread was something to be desired for, more down to the baker than anything else but the taste was amazing and with practice I'm sure I'll get that starter and rise perfected!
