This was an excellent class for a complete beginner. I learned how to set up a sewing machine, do some simple stitching and we even made an item to take home. The class was small, only 6 of us, and the teacher, Kerry, was excellent - very patient and encouraging. Thank you.

Kerri was fantastic at teaching the group everything from setting up the sewing machine to actually sewing our own cushion cover. Having had no knowledge at all about how to use a sewing machine I now feel confident that I can begin to start doing the projects I have wanted to do! I’m sure I will be back to continue to learn and advance my sewing skills!

Tutor was great, plenty of tips. Made a cushion cover. Definitely worth the money. Booked the Intermediate class to follow on what I learnt today

We both had an amazing time. The time flew by. Everyone was really friendly and the instructor was highly experienced. Learnt loads, tried out different stitches and tensions, and made a very professional looking pillow case during the session. Thank you so much!

I thoroughly enjoyed today’s class. Cerri was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient—a truly brilliant teacher. I was thrilled to make a cushion cover, but the highlight for me was learning how to thread and use a sewing machine. I would highly recommend this class to anyone.
