“This is an amazing class if you would like to have a taster class at both handbuilding and wheel throwing combined with painting your pieces.
The price was reasonable as well and we got to take away one of our piece for free.
The group isn’t big so it feels intimate with one to one help from the teacher if you need any guidance.
Very cool studio and good vibes! I would come again.”
“I went with my partner on a Sunday, it was a small group of 6 of in total, we all had a nice time there. We got to do try throwing, coiling and painting. My favourite bit was the throwing session however I had spent too much time on that which resulted in me rushing the final painting. I would say it’s a really fun activities for small group of friends or colleagues (team building) to do.”
“Lennie (our teacher) couldn’t have been any better. She was hilarious fun and made our session so much more than just about pottery. She made us feel so welcome and included and like we were in safe hands to make a masterpiece or an absolute disaster. She did a great job going around while we worked and checking in with everyone, offering encouragement, support and tips. In my case I was awful using the spinning wheel and she came over and helped me rebuild my little pot and gave me a great head start on my next try. The studio was in an odd location but once inside it was lovely.”
