“Excellent. We really enjoyed this experience. The cocktail making class was fun and very tasty, and the host Hamilton is a fantastic and engaging teacher. The feast was delicious. Lots of different Asian dishes, all great, and so much food we were able to leave with some take away. The staff at Honka's were all really friendly and the venue was great. Would highly recommend. We'll definitely consider more Bento classes based on our excellent experience.”
“I need to give the hugest shout out to Hamilton and his team for all their help pulling together a night to remember for my best friend’s hens. From the outset, Hamilton was super responsive with communication and assisted us with the behind the scenes planning for our cocktail workshop and sit down dinner over the space of a few weeks. We were able to access the upstairs bar for an additional fee, which we were then given a lot of freedom to decorate and personalise to our hen.
On the night itself, all attendees’ drink and dietary requirements were catered to and a range of guests from their teens to their 70’s enjoyed themselves a lot! The workshop was easy to follow along, yielded incredibly tasty cocktails and the feast was delicious. Special thanks to the team on the floor who were friendly, accommodating and also willing to go along with the chaos we brought in our wake.
