“Pretty fun class, although some theory at the start, and the teacher got distracted lots talking to other people who weren't in the class. We made some espresso shots and then tried latte art but I didn't really come away with that much. Other people in the class were nice probably wouldn't do again”
“My teacher, Angie, was really knowledgeable and helpful. She taught us about coffee and coffee culture in Melbourne well so there were a lot of tips of finding the good coffee myself. She also gave us some techniques depending on what kind of coffee machine we have so we will be able to utilize them at home. It was really useful for us. We could practice many times and she gave each of us advice individually as much as possible. It was four hours session and quite full on. I could really enjoyed it. Thank you Angie”
“I had one to one instruction from the teacher Angie and she made me feel confident and relaxed I made some creative Latte Art Designs which I was so proud of. Thank you Angie”
“Angie is such a great teacher! The experience felt very personalised, even as a group class. Angie easily balanced whole class instructions with 1:1 teaching/prompting. The class is very thoughtfully put together, interactive and fun. We loved having heaps of time and resources to practice the milk and pouring techniques. Thank you!!”
“Great intro to all things coffee and artwork. Angie is a fantastic teacher and coach, with plenty of hands on practice and encouragement!!
I can highly recommend this course”
“I really enjoyed the class. Angie was great and super knowledgeable. We covered off so many topics including different bean types, different processes, different machine types and then jumped into the practicals! I improved my latte art after a few attempts which was great. I left the class super excited and with lots of tips on how to improve my home barista set up. Would 100% recommend the class. I'll likely sign up to the intermediate class later!”
“Fantastic and passionate instructor, great mix of theory and practical. Small class of 9 students with some wanting to learn for work and some like us 60+ folk wanting to impress our friends at home.”
