Joel had great energy. He had everything prepared and organised and made following the steps super easy. He was on hand to help when I managed to get my butter sneaking out of the dough (oops, don’t forget to flour your workspace…)

His presentation of the finished products is excellent. I really enjoyed the dough making, kneading, rolling, shaping, and of course the tasting. They all very yummy. Kitchen is clean, organising of the ingredients can still be improved. Hope he could teach making cakes and dessert in the future.”
