French Croissant Baking Class Reviews

This was the best cooking to experience I've done. You're busy doing every step start to finish. The resulting pastries were flaky, buttery, and delicious.

Amazing class just now with Joel, great rapport with everyone and the right of assistance, not too much or too little. Really enjoyed, and would love to do another class with Joel once we've eaten through aaaaall of the food we came away with. Our freezer is going to be full of treats for a while!

As a first-time croissant maker, it was a fantastic experience. I learned a lot of techniques and found the class to be a lot of fun!

Chef Joel was easy and fun to talk to. He made French Croissant baking look easy while thoroughly discussing the step-by-step process. Being from Western Sydney, the venue was a bit far but I would say it was worth the trip. Everything was provided so you don't have to bring anything. We were even able to take home all the bread we made plus a dough we could use again to create more bread after the class. We would definitely consider his other classes in the future.
