Unfortunately I can't remember the name of our teacher, she had a lovely Irish accent, but she was amazing. From the outset, she clearly explained the process for making each cocktail- offering advice for cocktail making, alternative ingredient options, history of each cocktail etc. And the cocktail themselves were incredible.
