“Maria-Elena was a great instructor. She had well planned out lessons with printed recipes. We cooked, ate, laughed and learned lots about Mexico. When we had questions about variations or ideas she changed plans and showed us other ways to use the recipes we had made. Would be interested in a more advanced class in the future.”
