“Dryer sheets are the fire dept. worse enemy the sheet coat the inside of the dryer with a sticky mess and the fibers from clothes attaches to it and accumulates until it hits the hot glowing drying elements and now you have a flash fire in your dryer, yes I have seen that happen I worked in a housing area with commune dryers and we would get a flash firer every year. I gave the dryer sheets away so that does not happen to me.”
“Clothes shed their wrinkles but lots of static cling remained after using the dryer sheets. The dryer sheet stuck to one of the items of clothing and did not circulate in the dryer.”
