“I love the stuff you send – but I don’t love that. I have specifically asked that I not be sent any more hand washing bottles. Instead, I need to receive the sprayer bottles. All the spray bottle tops have broken. I would like to receive just the spray bottle top – not the bottle itself. Surely you don’t mean to send us new bottles every single time. That is so wasteful.”
