“I haven't tried this product yet, as I am still waiting on a reply from the company regarding their "subscription" policy. I bought this on sale with the intent to try it, but didn't realize that the sale price came with an automatic subscription for monthly deliveries which I do NOT want. I wish to cancel that subscription, but that sometimes requires returning the original purchase, so I haven't used it yet. I've been waiting about 10days now for an email response...pretty bad customer service as far as I'm concerned.”
“Product seems like it works great, but I purchased the product because I liked it as an alternative to the large plastic containers that pods or liquid detergent come in. I was a little surprised to receive my first shipment in a much larger cardboard box with bubble packaging. While I appreciate the care taken to ensure the condition of the product that shows up at our door, it seems a little counter to the whole idea behind the product.”
