“I’ve been a longtime customer and I ordered a couple months ago but didn’t open box until i was ready for them. I realized they were dryer sheets instead of the washer sheets. I wrote to customer service and explained that I wasn’t sure if i made the mistake or them. They sent me the 6 boxes free of charge and never requested the dryer sheets back. I don’t use dryer sheets but i may have to start. Wonderful customer service!!! Thank you Cleanomic!!”
