“Like the product, but backtracking on how to stop "auto shipping" was difficult! First of all, when initial order was placed it was very unclear it would be ongoing. Imagine my surprise when it showed up!!! There was NO NUMBER to call anywhere on shipment. Terms need to be clearly stated at the onset. Perhaps had I received a reminder it was coming I could have had the opportunity to stop before it was sent. Customer Service first.”
“The bamboo towels work well for spills and cleanups. I try to reuse them for several days. They wash easily at the kitchen sink and dry overnight. They do pill with repeated use.”
