“Absolutely a piece of junk that y’all should have tested prior to selling. Piece of garbage. Even though I am very dissatisfied with the product I have to bear the return shipping cost as well as an outreagous $9.95 “return fee”. Unless you all change your customer service model, I am done and will never recommend your company to anyone.”
“Your customer service is excellent! We had trouble getting the top of the soap compartment off according to the instructions that came with the Soapsy. Once we ignored the instructions and pried the top off, we were able to use the dispenser. The dispensers are working well. The soap cleans and is not abrasive. We like the Soapsy.”
“The amount of soap it ejects at once is a lot- more than a handful for my smaller children but it's fine. It takes a little getting used to. I'm happy it's not a super sensitive touchless dispenser and I've not had it accidentally squirt soap out unintended yet. The initial filling of the soap dispenser was difficult, the plastic piece sticks TIGHT and it was unclear which part comes off but eventually we figured it out.”
“Once I got it, I couldn’t open the top to fill it. It was very difficult to open and fill. I even went t0 look on you tube to see if there were instructions. I twisted so hard I thought I was going to break it. I did get the top off and filled it with water and the tablet. It just arrived today. We will see.”
