“HX machine definitely makes a huge difference coming from the single boiler world. I can make shots and milk at the same time without any worry about timing. The machine looks beautiful on the counter and is definitely a conversation starter for guests. I am still getting used to the machine but shots are much more consistent.
The only complaint I would have about this machine is that the default cup rail is very flimsy. It would’ve been cool if the default package included the metal rail but I guess it’s to keep cost lower by ~100.
Lastly if you‚Äôre thinking about buying from C&P, the customer service is excellent and I get all questions answered within minutes regardless if I‚Äôm asking about the machine or general espresso questions.”

From the unboxing experience to the coffee it is now making on a daily basis it has not missed a beat. Consistency is it's key talent, and of course the key to good espresso.
