“Firstly, I would like to say that Matt was very helpful and cordial during my pre-purchase interactions and post-sale support. Unfortunately, the system did not work properly. The pressure gauge was clouded by water condensate and I could not get the crema out of the system regardless of my multiple attempts and the years of experience with the older Gaggia. Shortly, I am expecting a replacement. The three-star rating is the result of my "mixed" feelings to date.”
