This is my first espresso machine and it’s been very easy to work with. I really love the option to manually preinfuse with the paddle or to automate it with its built in functionality. Also looks really great on the counter!

As of right now, I love this machine. It's a fun beast to try and master every little intricacy. Flow control is another fun level to play around with. I thought I would be bothered by the led screen but honestly, it does exactly what it needs to do. I don't even touch mine because I focus on everything else.

First off, I was extremely pleased by the customer experience. Extremely fast shipping and flawless customer service. My questions were always met with a speedy and helpful response, and I couldn't be happier with my machine. If you crave a morning ritual that is gratifying to the senses, without digital distractions, look no further. For my purposes, the Bianca is a machine with zero compromises. If you're reading this review, chances are you're already familiar with every machine in a similar price range. So who is the Bianca for? One might compare it to the person who prefers a stylish, slightly eccentric vintage MG with a manual transmission, over a modern hypercar, or a reliable economy car that can take you just as many places. If this sounds like your ideal, and the price doesn't give you pause (after all, this is steal compared to a Linea Mini!) go ahead and take the plunge.

Great solid machine. It's beautiful, and it is much quieter than my previous machine the Breville Barista Express. I am very new to the machine, still learning all the tricks, but I felt I have much more control in my brew recipe, especially with flow profiling. Highly recommend the product and thanks Cliff and Pebble for the excellent service

Love the machine! Big step up from my 25 yr old heat exchanger machine. Excellent, consistent results! Very easy to set up and use. Feature rich - flow control, bottomless portafilter, shot timer, in-tank water softener, etc - things I would have had to pay extra for with other machines. And who can beat a 3 yr warranty? Made the right choice on the machine and on Cliff&Pebble!

I was hesitant at first to spend so much on a home espresso machine, prosumer or not. This is my first espresso machine, upgrading from a pour-over setup. If you love the look of the machine, its capabilities will not let you down. I love the compact design of the dual-boiler Bianca and am enamored with the flow control, allowing you to manually control each shot and save shots when they aren't coming out as intended. I am very pleased with my purchase and believe with proper care, there is no reason this machine won't last a long time.

Replaced a 25 year old Wega Mininova heat exchange machine. It was making decent coffee but finding parts was starting to get difficult, so I pulled the trigger on the Lelit Bianca. Let me simply say that the coffee I thought was decent with my old machine doesn't hold a candle to what I am making with the Lelit! Putting aside flavor for a moment - consistency from shot to shot is easy to achieve, and once the variables of grind fineness, tamping pressure and brewing temp and pressure are dialed in, it is almost impossible to make a bad shot. Kudos to the staff at Cliff and Pebble for making it easy for me to purchase this machine. They answered all of my questions, and once I ordered it I received it in record time - ordered on a Wednesday evening after close of business and received on Saturday - even before the shipper estimated it would arrive. It was almost as if it was waiting in a truck around the corner from my home. Glad I got the machine and picked C&P to buy it from.
