“I really love the performance of the grinder and the fact that it essentially was truly a zero retention grinder. I did return the grinder for one reason. The adjustment ring is difficult to move requiring two hands and would frequently turn the grinder while attempting to rotate the dial. I disassembled the grinder and cleaned the threads, put it back together with lubrication and that helped a little bit but it was still very difficult to make fine adjustments in the espresso range. I can see why they went to a worm gear adjustment on the E37SD. That being said there is no company with better customer support that I have dealt with than Cliff and Pebble. They are terrific!”
