“Got my first Giotto on 9/18/2020. However, only a day later, condensation was all over the boiler gauge. I contacted C&P, they agreed to ship replacement before I ship back the existing machine. Very fast and very flexible to ensure good customer satisfaction.
Machine itself is good. There were minor issues due to shipping, most likely. However, no significant impact to pulling any good shots.”

“I love the machine but was surprised when i opened the box to find that the Rocket seal was broken and had a note stating that it was tested before shipment. I did notice that the legs were dirty and noted some rust coming from inside the machine, I do not know if this is normal for a brand new machine. The tray leaks at the future drain fitting.”
“We ordered a Rocket Giotto Eveluzione R a yr ago from Cliff and Pebble. It has turned me into a home barista. It has been am Excellent purchase it has saved many trips to the coffee shop. Very reliable machine. Beautiful consistent shots of espresso. (My model is before the shot timer that would definitely an added bonus.) This machine has a powerful steam wand and easy flow hot water spout. I havent messed with changing the temp at the brew head PID ,but thr machine does have the option if a person wants to change the temp. Overall a nice machine. Cliff and Pebble were very easy to work with, good customer service.
We paired our Rocket Giotto Eveluzione R machine with Baratza Sette 270i weight grinder also from Cliff and Pebble. Very nice combo.
