“First off, your machine is only as good as the company you bought it from. This company is great. Customer service to the max. Fast and prompt. The Appartamento although the intro to the Rocket line does not act like it. It is an excellent E 61 Unit. I’ve had all espresso machines all Breville Rancilio Gaggia but Rocket is the best. No surfing on temp this HX gets hot. I’m pulling the best shots from this machine. Buy from this company they are solid and there prices are great.”
