“I got this so that I could monitor the temp of the milk while steaming it. As a beginner I wanted one less thing to worry about when learning to froth the milk, and this does the job of making me not have to guess the temperature. I was a little bit worried about it being responsive enough, but it hasn‚Äôt been an issue and seems to quickly reflect changes in the temperature. Mine did not need calibrated or adjusted.”
