“Tuesday, May 3, 2022 (7 pm, Sydney time) Dear Daniel: Thank you very much for your e-mails since I purchased the 35.5cm ACCTIM Metro 24hr White Wall Clock. You asked me to give a review concerning the product. I don't know if this review will be uploaded automatically on a public forum -- what follows next is not a criticism of your excellent services but that of a fault in the clock itself. I drove home from Queensland having the clock safely secured in my suitcase, the box surrounded by my clothes to give it maximum protection. Since installing the clock only four days ago, it has stopped working four times (the fourth time just a few minutes ago). A new, full-strength AA battery was installed, so I don't know why this is a recurring problem. Yesterday the clock was slow, showing more than 30 minutes behind its proper time. Are you able to offer any advice on how this fault can be rectified, please? Thank you very much. Otherwise, I like the clock very much -- it is a perfect match in the dining area, hanging on a white wall. But because of the repeated stoppages, I have to consult my mobile phone or another clock in the house to ascertain the correct time. Looking forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, E. Placer”
