“I couldn't get the pendulum component of the first posted unit working. I ran the tests suggested by your team over the phone, and results pointed towards a faulty unit. On posting the first unit back, at my expense, your team confirmed this unit was faulty 'out of the box' and mailed a replacement. The replacement unit is working fine. I chose your company because you were price competitive and advised me on unit I needed over the phone (although I had to buy new hands, because you didnt stock the seiko version). A $70 movement ended up costing over $100, having paid shipping twice, with new hands. Maybe I could have had the option of sending you a video of the faulty unit for you to confirm and saved me the extra expense and a few extra weeks waiting for the replacement unit.”
