This is a very popular product and our feedback to date has been very positive. However I appreciate that there are challenges in keeping the hands perfectly straight. We unpack every clock and test them prior to dispatch to ensure the clock is functioing correctly and there is no damage. The hands and movement are also checked to ensure they are not loose or compromised in any way. Unfortunately we occasionally encounter damage like this due to rough handling in transit and I apologise that your clock arrived with a loose movement and hands that were not straight.
