“Our Grandfather clock arrived within a week of purchase, and the clock was perfect. It took us a few days to get the clock into its right sequences but after the settling-in period, the clock is working well. Our next step is adjusting the pendulum as it loses time. However, Daniel explained that this is normal and is a simple adjustment at the bottom of the pendulum. Thanks for this beautiful clock and I'll be back to buy that fob watch next year.”
