“I was under the impression that were particular sizes (after watching the video) and the hour and minute hands would fit. We did not buy the hour and minute hands, as we intended to use the existing ones, the minute hand does not fit. So that was a waste of a purchase and I have no intention of spending way more than the item value (twice) to get ones from this supplier.”

Dear C Feeney, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you are experiencing some issues with your clock movement stopping. Before we send a replacement, can you please remove the movement from the clock and test the movement out of the clock? This isolates the issue and determines if there is any interference from the assembly. Sometimes the hex nut is too tight or the hands are touching each other or the dial so when you test the movement separate to the clock it allows you to check all of these potential issues.
