Dear Marlene, Thank you for reaching out and providing feedback. I am very sorry that you are still experiencing difficulty with your cuckoo clock call shutting off at night time. When exstensively tested in our workshop we could not replicate the problem and the clock operated correctly, the cuckoo call silent in the dark and and calling when there was sufficient light. I understand this is frustrating for you to hear however we are committed to resolving the issue for you and wait for your reply to advise you of the next step. Thanks for your patience. “I had the good fortune of having Daniel take my online query. I was after a replacement part and Daniel went above and beyond to assist me. His time and effort far outweighing the cost of the part! It was like a breath of fresh air, old fashioned service that continued even after I received my part. I couldn't get the hands back on to the spindle so Daniel came to the rescue again. The clock is back up on the wall running smoothly. Need help - ask for Daniel!!!”
